Probably the most acceptable "chain-like" Tex Mex on the Island, though it is actually not a chain, but locally owned. It has a bit more creative menu than most Tex Mex joints. That said, it is a step below a Pappasito's or Lupe Tortillas. If you need to satisfy that queso-and-chips-with-a crispy- ground-beef-taco-and-margarita craving and don't want to drive off the Island, Tortuga's will do.

Lunch/Dinner This place has a great variety of meal options with and without seafood. The food is delicious and the prices are reasonable!
