Forget about ice cream you have eaten so far. They do it like it was used to do in the tradtion using only authentic ingredients. The best is coffee slush with whipped cream (panna).

Per chi vista la città Bianca, da non perdere è il bar Biancofiore. Oltre a un buon gelato, realizzato con il ghiaccio al posto del latte, si può gustare una rinfrescante granita al limone ma il tocco di classe è la granita al caffè accompagnata da uno strato di panna artigianale.
