If you want to experience dining that celebrates all that the Cascadia offers, Farm Spirit is it. Flavors grown, foraged, distilled, and brewed from the rich bounty from these here regions, you may not even notice it's vegetarian-only. But plan ahead! It's reservations only.

Another secret spot / dinner club. Price fixe. All local produce. Healthiest gourmet option in town. Difficult to get into.

Wow! This food is art. Likely the most beautiful meal we have ever had. And happens to be vegan and all locally sourced. For an unforgettable vegetable fest worthy of both vegetarians and carnivores, this restaurant is not to be missed. Worth the splurge!
