Takes place every Tuesday from 7am until 12pm. If you need to buy supplies whilst you're in Birgu, the Farmers Market is a great place to buy local vegetables and fruit. They also sell a variety of Maltese speciality products like cheese, olives, local bread, honey and bigilla (a Maltese bean dish) - they even sell clothes, household items and occasionally fish, snails and other meats.

If you like to chat with locals,it s a nice place to come ,where you can find for presents old unique staff! easy to reach by boat from Valeta ferries or by bus. The problem is to wake up! Market is open from 6 am till 12!
