Model Milk's revolving menu changes before the ink's even dry, but your choices are always great at this former dairy turned hip restaurant. Look for fresh seasonal options that rotate, such as grits and sausage or chicken with buttermilk waffles. Guaranteed is excellent service and the cool ambience that comes with an open kitchen and communal seating.

This is an old favourite with some nice creative food. Check the menu online as its been awhile... Hopefully its still awesome.

Sourcing quality local and regional products, preparing them simply, and showcasing them at their best...that's Model Milk. They butcher whole animals on site, and make use of every part. Headed by award-winning chef, Justin Leboe.

Situated in an iconic building (formerly a dairy plant), MM offers modern uses of classic ingredients. Highly recommend their Sunday dinners. Great cocktails, too!
