A Christian Retreat Centre that offers day, evening, overnight, and 6-7 day retreats for those seeking spiritual guidance and prayerful direction. They also offer one to one sessions for counseling, spiritual guidance and prayer, 5th steps, and other matters. There is a reading room and non-lending library. plus a small bookstore to purchase books, CDs, rosaries, and other items. Special dietary requirements can be accommodated provided you ask before arriving. There are 500 acres in which to explore and reflect. The views from here are incredible, facing west overlooking Cochrane from atop a hill with the mountains in full view.
