The gardens around the medieval moated manor feature a wide variety of plants, trees and shrubs in different settings. Throughout the gardens are many roses, especially classic varieties. On the South Lawn is a classic temple and the Sensory Garden. Also a special children’s garden and play area. Open Weds, Thurs, Friday, Sun

Still privately owned by the Walpole family, this private estate with moated manor house, offers great walks with plenty of opportunities to see wild flowers, woodlands and wildlife - there is an excellent bird hide by their lake in the woods
