Every summer the Heart of America Shakespeare Festival offers completely free performances in Southmoreland Park (just west of the Nelson Atkins Museum of Art). Pack a picnic or purchase food from the vendors at the park. Always a fun event! Visit www.kcshakes.org for more information.
