Great vibes by the Beach. Seaweed in water but atmosphere is pleasant. Be prepared to pay for lawn chairs.

Mahogany Beach is a smaller and more intimate alternative to Turtle Beach. Situated at the east end of Ocho Rios, to access Mahogany beach (from town) walk east and take a left turn after passing Bibibip's Bar and Grill.

Mahogany Beach is in Pineapple neighborhood, right in the heart of Ocho Rios (locals refer to it as Carib). Many boat excursions leave from this beach and it has a party atmosphere. There is a restaurant and bar, beach facilities and a river where many locals take a swim.
