The Prospector is a certified Napoletana Pizza restaurant (meaning it's been inspected & certified by an organization straight from Naples, Italy). This restaurant serves some of the most delicious pizza, made fresh & cooked in a wood-burning oven. Wine is self poured and paired with signature dishes which are served family style (shared plates - enough to share with everyone is your party). ** Please note. They have RULES ** No changing menu items, Take-out is not an option, and they will not serve parties of more than 6 (even if you are okay with splitting up your group). Portions are generous, but not quick; dining with small children is not recommended.

Best pizza ever!! But be warned, they do not seat parties over 6, will NOT substitute anything on the menu and no “to-go” orders. This is a “no frills” joint, but the pizza is on another level.
