Ramen Mirai (ラーメン味来) There are several Ramen shops in the neighborhood and countless others in Ikebukuro but this one is hands down the absolute best. Specializing in Miso-based ramen. The Spicy Miso Ramen is absolutely incredible - try it with a side of Gyoza (pot stickers) and a cold beer.
