Though this place is new to Bozeman, it's owner, Michael, who you'll meet just about any time you go, has been involved with many of Bozeman's restaurants. Get the Elk Burger for a taste of Montana.

My husband Anthony loves tbe Basil Hayden Manhattan. Try the roasted brussel sprouts appetizer or the mac and cheese!

Just one more! Squire House is in the Element Hotel, a 6 minute walk away. Michael McGough, the proprietor, has created a very 'non-hotel' chic restaurant with an eclectic menu. They have a very nice bar, too.
