Kilverts is a family-run hotel and pub in the centre of Hay on Wye. With a stunning beer garden hidden away from the hubbub it’s a regular favourite of ours in Hay. Proprietors Bob & Sheila Davies have been running Kilverts for over a decade, with daughter Alex running the kitchen, offering traditional pub classics alongside modern favourties. The bar offers award-winning ales, a wide range of whiskies and gins, as well as wines from around the world.
