This awesome foodtruck uses high quality produce and creates authentic Viet street food. I am addicted to their Lemongrass chilli chicken on rice noodles. Flavour hit! Well worth the slight detour if you are driving up from Auckland, but only open on Thursday (5-9) Friday (11am-9pm) Saturday (9-1)
