Another fav BBQ. Owner was supposed to compete on Chopped but Covid hit... Their beef cheeks sell out every Friday/Sat. But if you get there early enough or call ahead you can reserve some. Odd hours, be sure to check before you go. It's phenomenal. You should also try the burger!! So much goodness. A lot of other food trucks and coffee to choose from at the Cosmic Coffee beer garden in general. It’s a staple.

A smoked meat trailer that serves new school barbecue with old school service. Think innovative cuts of beautifully smoked meat like beef cheek, bean and cheese sausage, mac and cheese stuffed quail, and pulled whole hog with sides like kale caesar slaw, pig skins, and bbq fried rice.
