This is on a WMA, so you can book camping space here for free. Nice easy loop in the dry season, some people rode horses through. One of the few places in Florida you can actually see lighting bugs/fire flies because it isn't sprayed with pesticides. Some endangered native flora grows here. Beautiful for a night hike during a full moon!
Hal Scott Regional Preserve and Park is a 9,515-acre nature preserve located along the banks of the Econlockhatchee River in east Orange County, Florida, United States.
