Originally from Atlanta, Holeman and Finch opened an upscale burger joint in downtown with some of the best burgers you’ve ever had. They also have a full bar with an extensive bourbon list and make one of the best Old Fashioned’s you’ve had. Not to be missed!

Good burger and fries but also a great salad to put a burger patty on top. HNG stands for Hickory Nut Gap farm for 100% grassfed beef. You can visit the farm on the way to Chimney Rock.
