Lovely park! Great trails. I enjoyed the visitors center and the historical information and old photos. Turns out there was a famous commune here and many famous people stayed here back in the 60s!

Come explore this historical site and learn about the Miwok Indians who lived here long before European settlers found it. There are hiking trails here too, but no dogs are allowed. Parking is $8 per car if you don't have a California State Parks pass.
