A highly rated beach exhibition that shows the life of fishermen in the 1800, with fishing boats and boat houses. The most northern part of Thy National Park. 1 hour 25 min. drive from Ny Spøttrup Farm.

In this small fishing village you will be able to watch how fish are caught in a very environmental and sustainable way. Every day between 14.00 and 16.00 you will see the small fishing boats hauled in onto the beach if the weather allows. You will be able to buy fresh fish as soon as the boat has been "parked" - remember to bring danish cash and a bag to carrie the fish in. If you miss the landing of the boats there is also a small shop here where you can buy fresh fish.

Oplev hvordan kystfiskeriet foregår i dag. I Thorupstrand fiskes der efter bæredygtige og skånsomme principper, og så trækkes bådene op på land efter turen på haw.
