Looking for a healthy, vegan meal? Fresh is a local institution. They have many locations, but I would recommend their newly renovated restaurants on Front Street East or within close walking distance on Spadina.

If your a plant based eater visiting Toronto - this place is an absolute must! As the name might suggest, everything is fresh & absurdly delicious. Their quinoa onion rings are what dreams are made of. Also, the restaurant is beautifully designed & styled. I would tie this into a visit to the St. Lawrence market as they are very close.

Some of the best vegan food in Toronto. Definitely the place we go most often. Fave dishes: Cobb Salad Beyond Meat Burger Onion Rings w/Garlic Mayo & BBQ Sauce
