All we can say is "WOW!" The food and service are stellar! Like Middle Eastern with a twist of Australian. Brilliant! And, there's no tipping. They pay their staff a living wage so they don't need to work for tips. Dispatch is a wonderful addition to our Downtown! Make reservations!!!

Tasty fine dining downtown. Very unique dishes and a great atmosphere. You’re also not allowed to tip! It’s included in the price as waitstaff is paid a fair, living wage.

One of the most delicious food experiences one can have in the Niagara region is at Dispatch. Chef Adam Hynam-Smith and crew regularly produce some of the most innovative and tasty food creations. The food is not cheap but neither is the quality and service that come with dining at Dispatch. A prix-fixe meal should be reserved for special occasions or also for "treat your self" types of nights but there is a guaranteed you will not leave dissatisfied.
