The former capital city. Super clean, quiet. Amazing side streets. Visit Fontanella Tea room for amazing cake, wines, pizza and views. Also, many scences filmed for game of thrones were filmed there.

Mdina, the old capital city of Malta also called the silent city was built by the Arabs. The Main gate and Mesquita Square are 2 locations where Games of Thrones was filmed. The old cathedral , Palazzo Falson and Malta Natural museum are other attractions. A must is Fontanella Tea Garden for the best view and the of course the best Chocolate cakes on the island🇲🇹
