Relax by the water at picturesque Lake Daylesford. Find paddleboats for hire, a children's playground, undercover barbecues, and on weekends, usually a wedding or two to stop and look at. Allow around 45 minutes to walk around the lake's gentle, sloping tree-lined path, taking in a couple of stops (the jetty is a good one) to soak up the stunning vistas.

Follow the Lake Daylesford Trail and enjoying the peace and tranquility that Daylesford is know for. There are picnic spots along the lake edge, so why not relax with your family or friends over a picnic lunch. There is a beach area for summer swimming

Great place to wander round and just relax and enjoy the view. Oh and for the brave ones you can actually swim in the lake !!!!
