This cozy, but excellent neighborhood seafood spot is close by and a hidden gem, even to Portlanders. They have a fresh fish counter, global dishes, and a great wine list.

Delicious neighborhood seafood restaurant. Sit at the bar and chat up the chef. Can't beat Wine Wednesdays.
