If you want to go to Taksim, take Kabataş ferry than füniküler to Taksim. For Karaköy, Karaköy ferry and for Eminönü, Eminönü ferry. They all takes 20 mins to Europe side.

You can take ferries from hier to Besiktas, Karakoy, Eminonu (Sultanahmet) and to the Islands. You can also take a bus to Uskudar, another great historic district in Istanbul.
