a 5 minutes drive. Penfolds is an Australian wine producer that was founded in Adelaide in 1844 by Christopher Rawson Penfold, an English physician who emigrated to Australia, and his wife Mary Penfold. It is one of Australia's oldest wineries, and is currently part of Treasury Wine Estates.

A winery in the inner city suburbs, about a 15 min drive from the CBD, the iconic Penfold’s Magill Estate is fabulous for tastings, lunch at Kitchen or a special dinner (bookings essential). If you don’t have time to explore the Barossa or McLaren Vale (and even if you do) you will fall in love with Magill Estate.

A very luxurious experience, spectacular view. You can just order a cup of coffee (very awesome coffee), sit outside and enjoy the view of the winery. Breakfast and Lunch are perfect as well. Also if you wish to purchase Penfold Wines, the cellar door is just beside. Very recommended place to visit and try.
