A beautiful hotel to visit for tea, lunch in Raw and Cured Health Spa, or a day's retreat. A little pricey for lunch or dinner, but perfect for a special birthday or anniversary meal.

Lime Wood is one of the retreats of the stars. Go at lunchtime, but you must book. Excellent lunchtime 2 course meals for £21 but weekdays only. Very good value and outstanding quality from celebrity chefs. Our French friends wished they had a restaurant as good as this near their home, praise indeed.

Lovely place. Dress up not down. Stylish and worth it if you’re going for evening drinks. Stay for supper if you can. Book!
