Alejandro Cuatepotzo is the creator of this concept of roots cuisine (as he himself calls it) and where he combines emblematic flavors and ingredients from different Mexican regions. The site very ad hoc to the proposal: comfortable, spacious, well placed, with an excellent view of the Monumento a la Revolución (ideal for dinner at sunset). The good music, atmosphere and service complement the experience.

Cocina mexicana contemporánea. Alejandro Cuatepotzo es originario de la ciudad de Puebla, para este cocinero, la cocina representa pasión, creatividad y constancia. Dedicado a descubrir la magia de los sabores de México, “pues no hay nada más rico que refrescar la memoria, mucho más que si es con el paladar”. Fue reconocido en el año 2015 como “Rising Star Chef de Mexico” por el festival Wine and Food Festival de Cancún-Riviera Maya, uno de los festivales más importantes de Latinoamérica y es el ganador al Mejor chef del Año 2019 por la revista Food and Travel.
