It's a bit of a drive to get BBQ, but Valentina's makes every minute in the car worth it. Years ago, the fire starter at Franklin's BBQ told me this was his favorite BBQ joint in town.

We couldn’t leave this one off the list as it is our sons’ favorite place to go when they are in town. The brisket breakfast tacos are to die for. 308 South Main Street in downtown Buda.

Some of the best BBQ Austin has to offer. There will likely be a line at this food truck but the brisket taco is worth the wait.
