If you did not book three months in advance, it will be difficult to get in, but please try to get a late minute seat in the upper bar room, or try to have lunch instead of dinner, you might be lucky. The Jane is the two star restaurant, the Upper Bar room is in the same former chapel and offers smaller dishes, very nice though and same spirit and same quality level! Nick Bril is the chef of The Jane, this impressive restaurant from Sergio Herman (thee stars, Old Sluis, Holland, closed it three years ago). Nick used to be Sergio's sous-chef. Interior, service, cuisine: all excellent. Take a cab. if you park in the unit where the Jane is located, pay attention to the parking rules, as fines are easily given.

Awarded two Michelin stars, you'll need to book well in advance to eat here. In the evenings you can also go to their 'upper room bar' for drinks and bites.

Well, we do not need to introduce this famous restaurant ;-) Chef Sergio Herman has designed an special place, where you need to book very, very early.
