Te Whau Vineyard planted its first vines in 1996 after being purchased by the Forsyth family in 1993. In 1999 the first wines were produced – the award-winning ‘The Point’ and the Te Whau Chardonnay.

Our 'celebrity cook' vineyard. Jamie Oliver and Gordon Ramsey chose to dine here, arriving by helicopter, of course. No public transport for some!
