Super casual, great brunch, breakfast or lunch. Right around the corner! Family owned too. Not a big drinking type of brunch spot, more neighborhood joint

The best breakfast place in the EV. Sticky buns on the weekends are mind-blowing. Coffee to go is also great.

Great place to grab a bite (especially the soups!) Neighborhood crowd, heads up that the place fills up with after school snackers around 4 o'clock

Lovely place with affordable - locally grown and healthy - breakfast and lunch. Opens early (8am).
