Valla Beach has two cafes The Headland Cafe ( both have good coffee) is the first one you will drive past on the left just past the pre school its a handy place to pick up some groceries although woolies in Nambucca Heads is more economical

This cute little cafe is now called Nourish Cafe & Grocer and is a great option that showcases local produce from the region, and now has a larger newer grocery section to pick up local produce for your stay. Great coffee, friendly staff and it's licensed too, so you can enjoy dinner on the weekends and live music with a wine or beer.

Where else can you have first class dining with candle-lit tables and pick up some fruit and milk and GF supplies on the way out? The lamb is the best I've had. Great chef, staff, and management. Interesting community bulletin board. Next to Butcher and pharmacy. Huge range of food and excellent coffee, handy when coming in and out of Valla Beach, it's on the main road.

Cafe Life Nourish Cafe and Grocer Open seven days for breakfast & lunch. Dinner Friday and Saturday as well as more nights in the holidays and through summer. A popular breakfast spot with plenty of healthy options, plus all that you would expect at a coastal cafe with gourmet burgers and fish & chips. Make sure you leave room for a home made treat, and take home something readily prepared for dinner. The space is perfect for large groups and functions. Coffee is from Merlo made with love by the talented baristas, lots of smoothies, milkshakes and specialty drinks on offer too.
