Very cool experience. Worth the drive to Sweetwater, TN. They offer a boat ride underground to the America's largest underground lake. You have a guided tour of the caverns which is about a 3/4 mile round trip walk. The guides will tell of the cavern's exciting and colorful history. Visiting the Lost Sea would be a day trip from the cabin, but a tour is very interesting, and is a bit of a hidden gem in this region! It is part of an extensive cave system located in between Sweetwater and Madisonville, Tennessee.
