Bumpass Hell is located inside the Lassen National Park. This area highlights volcanic activity going on in the area. This hike is an easy 2.7-mile hike that should take an average of 1 hour. The best times to visit is June through October. The Lassen National Park charges a fee to get into the park and to access this hike.
