Large expanse of open countryside, paths and cycle paths. The golf course covers part of the area. Fine view of Leamington from the top of the hill. Footpath along the edge of the river Leamington.

18 hole golf course. Great running/walking path all around the outside of the course with amazing views over Warwickshire towards Stratford -upon-Avon
