A bar in an old dutch liquor store. A rare combination. As if time stood still. During the VOC period they sold coffee, tea and spices. The counter is still from this period.

Insider tip Very traditional bar and liquor store which date s back around 150 years. In this place you will not hear music, just people talking. A good variety of draught beers is of course available as well as a good variety of Jenevers (the Dutch gin or wodka).

One of the oldest cafes in Amsterdam. Perfect beers. Brown cafe. They serve breakfast too.
