Chartreuse Bistro is a "foodie's" dream! We love to sit at the bar and watch the chef make magic! Everything is ALWAYS delicious, however, the portions are smaller. Chartreuse Bistro is a husband & wife owned and operated organic farm to table bistro located in the historic district in downtown Norfolk, Virginia.
