Excellent farmers market with live music, open Saturday mornings April - October. Fantastic organic local produce, local honey, fresh flowers, crafts and art. Come hungry, you'll be tempted by fresh muffins and scones, coffee, lemonade and more.

If you don't do anything else while you're in the High Country, see the Watauga County Farmers' Market in Boone on Saturday mornings all summer. Its hands down the best farmer's market around.

Every Saturday from May to November you will find quality locally-farmed meats, fresh produce, artisan cheeses, dried and fresh cut flowers, local plants, delicious edibles and a wide variety of crafts. Located in Boone at the "Horn in the West." Open May - October from 8:00a-noon and November from 9:00a-noon.
