At this park there are softball, baseball, soccer and multi-use fields as well as a river walk along the Pomperaug river. There is a covered pavilion, picnic tables, a basketball court, sand volleyball, GAGA Pit, and various playscapes. No smoking, no alcohol, no golf, no camping, no fires except in designated grills. Dogs are allowed on leash, please be sure to clean up after your pet.

There's a playground for the kids, lots of places to walk, a lovely river to wade in or admire from afar, and all kinds of great smells for the dogs to enjoy. And it's right across the street.
