Local park with kids playground. Turn left out the flat and take the first left down Priory Ct, walk past the barrier and through the Community Gardens.

That's the local park. It's literally 2 minutes walking from the flat: it's a small nice park ideal to relax after a busy day in London

A local park packed full of stuff. It has high quality tennis (hard) courts, an artificial turf football pitch, tarmac basketball court, outdoor gym, table tennis tables, childrens play area plus a few more things.
