What can I say, they have all sorts of stuff, including groceries. Next to the Wallmart is Kohl's, and a Sears (as long as it stays in business). In the same shopping center are various smaller stores, including: coney island, dollar store, etc.. Across 7 Mile (south side) is an LA Fitness, etc.. I'll add a link.
