Bistrot parisien japonisant. Spécialité viande et poisson cru que la jeune patronne cuisine elle-même ! Délicieux Super parisian address to eat fresh meat and fresh raw fish. Japanese style. Delicious !

My friend Sou is the new crazy asian chef of that restaurant offering a fusion asian food very tasty.

Nice bistro close to the canal with a very reasonable lunch menu (around 13 euros) and dishes such as fisherman's platter, pasta and risotto with calamari, wok-stirred beef, confit de canard (duck).
