great coffee shop, nice pastries, great live music on weekends, not sure if they are finally open as they have been going through a long long remodeling. check on line before you go. walkng distance

Great place to hangout, have a cup, and get work done. Plenty of space and outlets. Try the Pirate or Tiger Chai! Both local :)
