This is an excellent place where to unwind, relax and enjoy the natural beauty of Latvian outdoors. The city is a cultural cradle where you can find regular celebrations rooted in local traditions and modern tendencies. Bauska is also easily accessible from various other main Latvian regions, because Bauska is located 66 km from Riga, on highway A7.

Bauska is well know for its 3 palaces and a place where 'Lielupe' river begins. Bauska castle is built in 15th century. It has a stunning park between 2 rivers. By the end of the park you will find the beginning of 'Lielupe' river.
