Chef Rene Rodriguez is the current title-holder of TOP CHEF CANADA from the CTV Television Series of the same name. His Chef de Cuisine, Razmon Poisson, compliments Rene's culinary artistry and their take on Mexican and Spanish food is quite spectacular.
