Gossner Foods is one of the largest cheese manufacturers in the United States and a leader in the dairy industry gathering milk from over 300 local dairies. The retail store offers over 30 varieties of cheeses, UHT (Ultra High Temperature) shelf stable milk in a variety of flavors, cheese spreads and ice cream with a sampling bar of cheeses and spreads. One of our favorites is cheese curds (squeeky cheese) plain or flavored. Put a few pieces in the microwave for about 10 seconds for a fun treat.

If you like cheese or ice cream, taking a trip to the factory that makes them is a MUST! Their ice cream is delicious, and their squeaky cheese can't be beat!
