Charming restaurant with its own art gallery is in a “real” Roman neighborhood . It is unlike the noisy surrounding restaurants in that it offers well-thought out inventive dishes made from the best ingredients sourced throughout Italy (such as sopressata from Calabria, organic pecorino from an Abruzzi national park and salami from Friuli).
