Clava Cairns is a well preserved burial site dating back to the Bronze Age. A prehistoric site dating back over 4,000 years. A mystical place that is a must see for Outlander fans! Entry is free and there are some picnic benches close by. This landmark is approximately 7 miles from Kessock View and is also close to Culloden Battlefield.

Slightly off the tourist trail but well worth a short visit. Free entry. Historic cairns in a quiet landscape...ideal for a picnic! Worth combining with Cawdor Castle and Culloden Battlefield
