The gourmet general store in the heart of Pawlet. Everything from wood fired pizza to beverages and fresh prepared food. This is a must visit.

Only market town and we are fortunate enough that its a good one! Ask to see the gorge from inside the restaurant. Next to two three cute restaurants too.

Great pizza and sandwiches! Full deli with great hot foods and salads. Good wine and beer selection. Local produce and A+ cheese and cracker selection. Recommend calling ahead for pizza orders.

Mach's Market is one of our favorite places. They have wonderful pre-made food, made to order food & great pizza! There are a nice selection of groceries and wine & beer as well!

This is a must visit during your stay. The food is amazing and the walk in beer cooler is pretty awesome! So many things to offer you.
